Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by JMI Property Services, Inc., doing business as Sagestone Homes, referred to here as Sagestone. Using the site means you accept them. Stop using the site if you do not.

Separate agreements govern other relationships with us. A construction contract, a design agreement, a purchase agreement, or a warranty controls over anything on this website.

Pricing and project information

Cost ranges, timelines, specifications, and descriptions of homes on this site are general information. They are not a bid, an estimate for your project, or an offer, and they do not create a commitment to build on the terms shown.

Prices, timelines, materials, and availability change without notice. The price and schedule for your home are set only in a written construction contract.

Photographs and renderings, including our Parade of Homes entries, may show options, upgrades, furnishings, landscaping, and design choices that are not part of a standard build. Floor plans, square footage, and dimensions are approximate.

No contract relationship

Browsing this site, submitting a form, or corresponding with us does not create a contract or an obligation to build. No such relationship exists until we sign a written agreement with you.

Information you send through this site is not confidential in the way information from a client is. Do not send anything you need kept confidential before an agreement is in place.

Licensing

Construction services are provided by JMI Property Services, Inc., a licensed Utah contractor, license number [[NEEDED: Utah contractor license number]].

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, lending, engineering, or architectural advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for advice from your own professionals.

Information about communities, lots, design review, and permitting describes typical conditions. Governing law

Utah law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site belongs in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, and you agree to that venue.
