Each February, St. George is home to the largest Parade of Homes event in Utah. Local builders register to showcase their finest new custom creations, forward-looking architecture, and interior design trends to over 40,000 visitors.
Our Parade homes reflect the same care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail we bring to your home. Each follows the same process, from the first design conversations to the finishing touches. From welcoming Parade visitors to handing you the keys, our commitment to quality stays the same.

A multi-slide door opens the kitchen and living space onto the fairway, and a fold-out golf simulator is built into the garage. It sold soon after the Parade closed.

About the Parade
The St. George Area Parade of Homes is run by the Southern Utah Home Builders Association and presented with Zions Bank. Builders across the county each finish a new home for it, and visitors tour all of them on one ticket over about ten days around Presidents’ Day weekend.
